Return and exchange policy
You may return your orders other than Printed Products within 14 days of the delivery of your order to you.
Printed Products printed in accordance with the file sent by you are not eligible for return. However, in the event that a problem arises with these products solely caused by us, the relevant product will be reprinted upon your request and evaluation and delivered within the time specified at the acceptance of the change request.
We would also like to point out that if the products are reprinted for a reason arising from us, the product will be printed again as approved by you and the document you send will not be corrected in this context.
Used and damaged products, disposable products, products that deteriorate quickly or products that are likely to expire cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for user-induced problems in the designs you design or upload through our ready-made templates. Please check your designs before ordering to avoid such a problem. For this reason, the return of the products requested to be returned is not accepted.
In order for the return process to be carried out, it is sufficient to contact Customer Relations and specify your return request. Our e-invoice payer customers are required to issue a return invoice.
Within an average of 4-5 business days after the product is checked by our Quality Management Department for compliance with the above-mentioned Return Conditions and found suitable for return and the return confirmation is given, the refund of the payment you made for your order will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see your refund on your credit card or bank account. The refund process stated depends only on the bank where your account is located and we do not have any rights or authority regarding the process.
As a result of the evaluation made by our Quality Management Department, if it is determined that your return request does not comply with the Return Conditions and therefore the return confirmation is not given, the product you sent with the return request will be re-sent to your address registered on our website within 10 days with a reverse payment.
