Delivery Process
After your products are produced according to the features you have selected during the order process, we try to send them to you within the time specified on the product page. Orders are sent via MNG Cargo to your address with buyer payment. The only cargo company we work with is MNG Kargo. Apart from this, you can also receive your products by hand from our office at Zafer Mahallesi Kurultay Sokak No:15/A Bahçelievler-İstanbul.

What You Need to Know About the Shipping Process

-The fastest solution to the problems that may occur after your products are shipped; will meet with the cargo company (MNG Cargo - 444 06 06). Nevertheless, in such cases, we will do our best to expedite the resolution to your satisfaction.

-If the cargo company cannot find you at the address you specified in the order, your products will be taken back to the cargo branch in your region. If you do not receive your products from the branch within 3 days, the product will be returned to our company.

-When receiving your cargo, you should check whether there is damage or missing product and if there is any damage caused by delivery, you should keep a damage report.

-Delivery cannot be made to areas far from the city where delivery is not made by vehicle and to areas that cannot be entered for security reasons such as military bases and military lodgings. If this is the case for your address, you should request your products to a different address. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any delays and disruptions that may occur.
